Causes of Obesity:
The causes of obesity are multifactorial, stemming from a combination of genetic, environmental, and behavioral factors. Sedentary lifestyles, poor dietary choices, excessive calorie intake, and genetic predisposition all contribute to the development of Obesity. Moreover, various socioeconomic factors, such as limited access to healthy foods, can disproportionately affect certain communities, increasing the risk of obesity.
