Hi!My stomac and waist very big than other body.How can i small this part? please let me know?

Thanks for your post. I wasn't quite sure what your weight and BMI were.
However, to reduce your waist size and to try and get a flat stomach you will need to follow a calorie controlled diet in conjunctio with exercise. This will lead to weight loss and a reduction in your body fat. This can often take sometime however, so try to be patient to get the results you desire.

It is difficult to advise without having more details on your weight and waist circumference. But by watching what you are eating, controlling portion size and making sure you are having lots of fruit and vegetables will help to control your weight and therefore encourage your shape to change. Also exercise is important to help change your shape.
