is the cold weather an allergen?

I wonder, because every morning or when it's cold, I sneeze endlessly. And then runny nose on the cue.

No actually its due to change in weather, many of us feel watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose in cold weather.
I take Allegra pills..

Right now I've been sneezing and have a runny nose: it's horrendous. But it is because of the warm weather rather than cold weather. I'm fine in the colder months.
