1. What shampoo and soap is the best to use for people with bad acne?
2. When showering should you soap yourself first and then wash your hair with shampoo last, I feel if I wash with shampoo first, then there is more time for shampoo on my face to aggravate my acne?

For individuals with acne, opt for gentle, non-comedogenic shampoos and soaps labeled "oil-free," "fragrance-free," and "hypoallergenic." Ingredients like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide can help. Consider products specifically formulated for acne-prone skin. Always patch-test and consult a dermatologist. When showering, soap your body first, then wash hair with shampoo last to minimize the chance of shampoo residue aggravating acne. Rinse thoroughly to remove any product residue.

Changing shower propensities, including water temperature and skincare items utilized, can essentially diminish the potential for skin break out breakouts.

I echo this advice. I definitely agree with the advice of using shampoo AFTER soaping yourself in the shower.
Also: treat your skin gently. Just because you've got acne does not mean you should use harsh, skin-stripping products. If anything your angry skin needs gentle products. A light face cream at night can soften and soothe the skin. Basically your skin needs non-allergy products and a light cream that doesn't clog pores.
