Hey Guys,

I am from Westlake village, California, You have heard about De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis, It's the inflammatory condition, This causes pain on the side of the thumb of your hand where the base of your thumb meets your fore arm.So i would like to know your opinions about an what Self Treatment is for De Quervain’s disease.

There is treatment for everything, heat creams and medications should solve the issues.
