The three most common causes of bladder pain are interstitial cystitis, urinary tract infection, and bladder cancer

HELLO,
I AM 31 YEARS OLD.
I AM A MALE.
I AM DOUBLY INCONTINENT AND HAVE BEEN SINCE THE AGE OF 19.
THIS WAS CAUSED DUE TO BEING IN A CAR WITH MY AUNTIE AND A DRUNKEN LORRY DRIVER TOOK US OFF THE MOTOR WAY. I WAS IN HOSPITAL FOR OVER 9 MONTHS AND HAD LOTS OF OPERATIONS BUT I WAS LEFT WITH NO FEELING OR CONTROL OVER MY BLADDER OR BOWEL.
I FIND IT REALLY DIFFICULT. I AM DEEPLY ASHAMED AND EMBARRASSED ABOUT BEING IN NAPPIES 24 HOURS A DAY.
MY GIRLFRIEND LEFT ME BECAUSE SHE SAID TO ME LOOK YOU ARE A LOVELY GUY BUT I CANT
DO THIS ANY MORE THE THOUGHT OF THE NAPPIES MAKES ME SICK. WHEN I READ HER TEXT MESSAGE IT BROKE MY HEART.
SINCE THAT HEART BREAK I HAVE NEVER FOUND A LADY THAT EVEN WANTS TO GO ON A DATE WITH ME.
HOW DO YOU ALL DEAL WITH YOUR OWN THOUGHTS/FEELING AROUND YOUR INCONTINENCE ?
ALSO DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS AS TO HOW I WOULD BE ABLE TO FIND SINGLE LADIES WHO ARE INCONTINENT ? I WOULD LIKE TO FIND A PARTNER WHO IS ALSO INCONTINENT AS WE WOULD BOTH UNDERSTAND WHAT ITS LIKE TO DEAL WITH INCONTINENCE.
THANK YOU.
