Dr Wendy Bryant

Occupational Therapist

Dr Wendy Bryant is a retired occupational therapist, who lives in Essex. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and Honorary Professor at the University of Essex.

She has co-edited two textbooks on occupational therapy and mental health, and continues to co-author academic papers. Since becoming seriously ill with vasculitis, she has learned how to crochet. She has more time to spend in her garden but also has frequent contact with health professionals to keep the vasculitis under control.

Fatigue is one of many symptoms she lives with, so she developed rest-do days to make her life more satisfying.
