I have been a Practice Nurse for the last 25 years, in which time I have seen a huge change in the delivery of Primary Care services. Within the last 10 years i have developed a special interest in Women's Health. This led me to become the consultant nurse lead in East Sussex, for cervical screening. My remit was to not only increase the uptake of screening, but to also be an advocate and educator for all sample takers and clients. My role has continued to develop and I am not only a trainer for LARC but also represent nurses within FSRH.
