Matina is a Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University Hospital and honorary Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Royal London Hospital. She completed her clinical training in Glasgow where she was awarded her PhD as well from the University of Glasgow. She moved to London and joined the Women’s Health Department in September. She was awarded a prestigious MRC post-doctoral fellowship and has published extensively in leading medical journals including the Lancet, BMJ and Plos Med. Her work is also funded by the Wellbeing of Women. She has clinical expertise in reproductive endocrinology, fertility, menopause, recurrent miscarriages and other gynaecological conditions.
