Hi everyone, first time poster, apologies if this has been covered before. I'm 41 and have the love handles/spare tyre/middle-aged spread. I'd like to lose about a stone for a kick off and see where we are after that (I'm 5ft 10ins and currently weigh 13st 7lbs). I regularly do my 10,000 steps a day...
