Hi, I am having increased anxiety around my daughters life threatening food allergies. Fear of what might happen is controlling me and I'm finding the balance of this and giving her a full life difficult to manage. It is spilling over into other areas of my life as I am on edge, distracted, grouchy....

My 4 year old has multiple allergies and is ALWAYS hungry. She will literally finish a meal and immediately say 'I am still hungry'. She would eat all the time if we let her! I know she has a limited diet in that she has foods to avoid but is this indicative of something else or just a hungry 4 year...

I am concerned about the new Tesco labelling. A lot of previously safe products are now unsafe as they have may contain nuts on them.
