Re: Dairy allergy - alternatives to cows milk
FYI, it's not a good idea to give kids Soy Milk based products. Soy causes your body to increase production of Estrogen, causing early onset of Puberty for girls, and a whole host of problems for boys. As it is, USA Today wrote an article about how some girls are growing breasts at age 6! It's insan...

Re: Mild but persistent eczema on hands
... I disagree with your doctor! I had eczema for over 10 years, and was able to heal it permanently through lessening the inflammation in my body. :) Yes and no, after some sort of Allergic stimuli, Eosinophil granule proteins are released and the eosinophils degranulate to release an array of cyt...

No to Diary AND SOY when Acne is an Issue
My sister had heard from her friends that removing Diary from her diet would improve her Acne and so she did just that, with some fairly decent results. However, she really missed her bowls of cereal in the morning so she started drinking Soy Milk and her face ended up twice as bad as before. It tur...

Hi! I would recommend the Renew product line. The lotion has worked wonders for my friends and family with eczema. I don't have eczema, but I did have Keratosis pilaris and Renew has helped tremendously. Any questions...please ask and I'm happy to point you in the right direction. :) Yes, the Melal...

Re: This really works for me
The more I've studied eczema outbreaks, along with the experience of them, I've come to the conclusion that it's mostly related to what we're putting in our bodies. Some foods just simply don't agree with us. With me, it's Milk, Soy, Peanuts and Eggs, but I'm sure that everyone has their own allerge...

When washing dishes, try using a phosphate free dishwasher detergents, and afterwards use a lotion like Eucerin or Melaleuca Renew. I use the Melaleuca Dishwasher detergent, and then the Melaleuca Renew afterwards and it definitely minimizes issues. You can find them both on Amazon, or better yet eC...

Re: PHOTO INSIDE ~ Please help me. Painful breakout.
Taking any kind of drugs, over the counter or otherwise tends to use up several factors that your body needs. The first to go is the Sulfates in your Liver that helps to remove toxins in your blood. Even taking things like Tylenol, almost completely depletes your entire stores of Sulfates from your ...

Re: Need Some Ideas Please Im Going Insane
I used to get full body outbreaks, but not since taking Epsom Salt baths most nights before I go to sleep. Generally, I'll soak for about a half hour to an hour utilizing a cup of Epsom Salt. Sometimes I'll also add some Melaleuca Renew Bath Oil or Renew Lotion afterwards. Changing my diet, really h...
