Allergy to Quorn
I have discovered that I am allergic to Quorn . After eating it I am physically sick around two hours later. What is in Quorn and are there any other meat substitute foods that are similar that I should avoid?

Enlarged pores
I have combination skin and in my teens really suffered from acne. Now in the greasy part of my face like my nose I have very enlarged pores which seem to attract my foundation when I wear it. Can you suggest anything that might help please

I see no pros for Brexit. We have always had control over our borders and those who think we didn't must be lacking in information. We have also always been able to say who we want to accept as migrants and who we have not and Brexit will change nothing except whether EU citizens can enter the count...

No it never was going to happen it was one of the many lies the Brexit campaign put forward and anyone who seriously believed it was naive to say the least.
