Completely Agreed with the information of @leekarven.
In the weight loss pyramid at the top (least) comes exercise,then Weight training, and then (major) comes a healthy Diet! So Diet comes first of all.

Hi John,
I would suggest you to eat a load of fruits and veggies.The majority of your diet should probably be accompanied with them. If you need snacks, go for a vegetables rather than chips.If you don't like vegetables, try fruits.
