Dear Krisskross, If both your children have never had nuts but either you or their Dad have nut allergy you can introduce at nuts at home. Palm oil is vegetable derived oil so will not be a problem if you are nut allergic.

Dear Mrs Scptree, As your daughter’s allergies are delayed or non IgE mediated the only test is re-introduction and monitoring. Typically we would retry dairy after a year of age.
