Hi yes coconut is a nut. It can be confusing as a peanut is not a nut but a llegume.

Hi My daughter was and is the same. She still reacts to Tomato Ketchup but I am not sure if it's the vingar /Cetic acid etc there is more to tomato ketchup than just tomatoes. Hi Becky P When you try products always check the ingredients. Some people react to the added ingrediants so you might not of had a reaction to the coco nut itself. It is so hard to know what direction to go in with diet. Most of the stuff I found on the internet is about eggs, diary , gluten not much on fruit. Hi Glace76 Did they tell you if he has any allergies to food? Was it blood tests you done or was it skin prick tests? For the Soya and wheat we noticed a difference within about 6 weeks.
