I know this is not really a helpful tip but minimising stress does help me. So whether that's getting some reflexology, a massage i find it can bring stress levels down...

thanks girls. yes i'm in the uk. i have just moved and joined a new gp practice....so i'll see if they'll prescribe them. i will also ask the specialist who we see on wednesday to put in his letter that he recommends they be prescribed.
