bleeding after sex has many causes. The most common cause is finding a polyp/ectropion on the cervix or a minor infection. You will certainly need an speculum examination by a doctor

It is recommended to have growth scan at 28 weeks every 4 weeks or sooner if any other abnormality

It seems PCOS is what you were told the diagnosis
I usually advise checking hormone tests testosterone and ultrasound
If irregular cycles you need to be seen by fertility specialist earlier than 12 months to start ovulation induction

I advise strong pain killers before you o by 1-2 hours. Ask your doctor to use local anaesthtics.
if that still painful then you can ask to have it fitted under light sedation or anaesthtic

Hi Always there is a hope Ovaries do age like all our organs but the good thing is our tests we do are not always accurate. sometimes in a good way I suggest you do the following Day 2 FSH (of your period) and AMH these will give you an assessment of ovarian reserve.
