Is she washing her skin in the morning and before bed everyday? I'd recommend to start from washing with a soft cleanser, that should help in this age. You can start making more healthy everyday choices, like replacing sweets with fruits or honey. Also walk more, play active games with your kids - this will be beneficial for all of you! Drink more water.

Hi, 1. 7/11 breathing. Breath in slowly for the count of 7 and out for the count of 11. This confuses your system enough to calm you right down (also useful for anger management!). I sometimes use "Beditations" app.
But the best is still just music! I often put 8 hour sleep music on youtube It really helps! Even when I need a nap during the day, I just take my headphones and set alarm on the phone. That music helps me to fall asleep in few minutes!
