I have a small bump on the top of my penis shaft that doesn't go away. It's been over 2 years with no change. It moves / is on the surface of the skin. Does anyone know what this is? Does anyone have something similar? I'm pretty sure it's not an std.

Hello I have a bump on my penis that won't go away, it's been over a year. It doesn't hurt and it's on the surface (skin).
