Yeah, meditation is a good experience of getting relaxed. I use it pretty often, it helps me to concentrate and get rid of bad thoughts. Also I like to listen some classic and instrumental music.

I have read a lot of information that yoga has a lot of benefits for our health. Want to try it, but I didn't know how to start and what to do. Is it better to ask professionals for help?

The best way to lose weight is a combination of healthy diet and right exercises(mostly cardio). If you don't have time for exercises, you should at least walk a bit more or improve daily physical activity.
