A physio friend of mine told me that gay man over 60 years old have the same issues and no physio can ever help them? I mean to what extent anal sex is healthy ( i.e. for women too?).

Hi, I'm not sure what issues you are struggling with but I really recommend that you speak to your GP. Your GP will be very used to having discussions that patients find difficult, and it may be important to consider different possibilities that might be causing your symptoms.
