Alopecia Awareness month
Hi,
I'm Rebecca Dawe. I've had alopecia for over 20 years now ranging from thinning hair, bald patches to total body and scalp hair loss.
I've had lots of treatments to varying success and have lots of tips for concealing hair loss. If anyone has any questions about hair loss please post!
It's actually alopecia awareness month at the moment so to mark the event I've been wearing blue extensions (blue ribbon for alopecia) in my wigs. It's certainly struck up a few conversations in supermarkets!

Re: Alopecia Awareness month
Hi Rebecca,
How are you now?
I just wanted to know what type of wig you're wearing.
I've heard about the fixed wig and removable wig. What type is best for a person who has a very thin hair condition?
