Painful mole
Hi. I have a dark mole on my back that has now become sore whenntouched. Should I be alarmed? Thanks

I would recommend that you see your GP or a dermatologist about this mole over the next week or so. Whilst I do not want to alarm you as sometimes moles that have been traumatised can be sore, moles that are changing in colour or painful should be assessed further by a GP or a Dermatologist.

Excellent advice from Dr Laftah. If you have any concerns about a mole on your skin, you should seek advice from your GP, who can refer you to a specialist if needed.
