Are there alternatives to botox injections?

I have Botox injections in my bladder every 6 months. I had a spinal injury, this caused me to be in continent. My question is, are there any alternatives?

As you are already on Botox, I presume you have previously had tablet medication (which is usually used first line). If Botox isn't working then the alternative is usually surgery. Without knowing exactly how you are managing your bladder, what your type of spinal injury is, etc. it's difficult to say what the surgical options would be. I am sure it is something that you could discuss with the urology team doing your Botox.
