For acne prone skin I would recommend you stick to non-comedogenic products including cleansers and moisturisers. Make sure you cleanse twice a day and remove your makeup as this can lead to break outs.
You may want to also incorporate 'actives' into your skin care regime. Salicylic based cleansers are good at reducing oil production and unclogging pores. Introducing azelaic acid or retinols at night can also help reduce/treat mild breakouts. These should be gradually increased to nightly use over weeks to reduce risk of peeling and skin irritation.
