48 and still have acne
I am 48 years old and still have acne and other skin issues.
Been this way since my teens.
I have avoided and tried things, yet it doesn't go away.
This has and still affects my self esteem.
How can I improve my skin on my face and back?
Regards
Eleanor

Dear Eleanor,
I am sorry to hear about your skin problem!
Have you tried antibiotics in combination with Epiduo retinoid gel for 3 months?
If yes, the next step would be Roacutane, it helps the majority of patients with acne.
I hope this is helpful.
With Best Wishes,
