Dark marks from acne

I no longer get acne but it left me with the dark marks you see on the images attached.
I am confused to what treatment I should be taking? Some say dermabrasion, others say laser or microneedling and not sure which is the most suitable. Please can you kindly advise me on this?

Thank you for your question. The scarring on your back looks like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation which can improve with time, however it is difficult to predict how long it can take.
The area appears to be quite large for microneedling, and dermabrasion may not have the long-lasting effects that you desire.
I would suggest seeing a Consultant Dermatologist with expertise in treating acne scarring to discuss the most suitable option for you.
