Spreading

Hi, my lichen schlerosus is spreading badly. My vulval specialist has seen it but I even now have them appearing on my face, which is devestating for me - any ideas?

Thanks for your question. Uncontrolled symptoms can be extremely difficult to deal with. You haven't mentioned what treatment you are using, but getting onto a treatment regime is important. Usual regimes consist of a weaning course of potent topical steroids and emollients. LS can occur on other sites ('extra-genital LS'), this would benefit from review by a dermatologist.
