Hi Sarah,
I'm really sorry you're struggling with the symptoms of endometriosis.
Treatment of endometriosis is often with hormonal contraceptives or medication to reduce or stop your bleeding. If you are on these already and still experiencing issues, please speak to your specialist, as you may need further investigation or surgical treatment for the endometriosis on the bladder.
In the meantime, simple painkillers like regular paracetamol may help taketh edge off.
Endometriosis is a very difficult condition to live with, and I'd highly recommend looking at the Endometriosis UK website for some support and to see other women's shared experiences and how they deal with symptoms.
Best wishes
