Knee replacement surgery
Hi,
I had knee replacement surgery last year and although the resulting scar is healing well, I just wondered if you have any recommendations on how to effectively improve the healing process?
Many thanks,
Christina W

Re: Knee replacement surgery
Dear Christina,
The scar will continue to remodel (hopefully improve) for another 6 months. Moisturisation is important and an aloe vera based product should be a good start. If you wish to further improve certain features of the scar, there are a number of modalities to consider including scar massage and lasers to mention few.
