Here I share a list of some best fat burning foods- White Tea, Lemon Water, Grapefruit, Berries, Black Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Coconut Oil, Wild Salmon, Oatmeal, Almonds, Guacamole, Oysters, and Cayenne Pepper.

Remember not a single food will help you lose weight alone. Whatever food you choose, you have to count the calorie contents of the food and consume less calories than you need to actually lose weight. Well, here some weight loss friendly foods:
Spinach, egg, salmon, almond, nut, carrot, broccoli, green tea, spicy foods.
Try to incorporate your diet with high protein and fiber rich foods. Protein will boost your metabolism and fiber will make you consume less calories
