I lose motivation too fast
Hi, this is my first time using a forum, but felt like it might be a good place to start talking, I'm 27 and have always struggled with my weight and as I've gotten older the weight has just kept piling on. I'm starting to hit a point where I hate it, and hate that I don't feel happy in myself, I hate having to go online and find practical clothes instead of nice clothes because they don't do nice stuff for bigger guys. I know it seems silly but I have always been into my fashion but it's always saddens me that they won't do big enough clothes to fit all. Is there anyone out there who can help in finding a lifestyle change I can stick with? Many thanks

The Internet is your friend.
You'll find LOADS of clothes for larger people online. AND they are stylish. Google larger clothes and get out your credit card!

Rapidly losing motivation can be caused by a number of things, including mental health problems, boredom, overwhelm, and unclear goals. Considering your present location and date, below is a summary of possible causes and ways to counteract this.

You can't be expected to lose weight all on your own and without support. No wonder you're losing motivation instead of weight!
You need emotional support and practical support. Plus, there are so many diets out there it can be impossible to know what you're doing. There are literally millions of diets out there. How can you be expected to know which one to choose and follow? Plus, your body is unique: what one diet does for someone else may not work for YOU.
Again, you shouldn't be expected to lose that weight alone. You'll never achieve your goal weight that way. What you need is an NHS weight loss doctor. So talk to your doctor and ask to be referred to an NHS dietician.
