Food in hotel

Hi,

I'm overweight and I'm trying to lose weight. I have a diet. Upcoming week we're staying at a hotel. I've already looked at the menu and I can see that every choice isn't very healthy. How do you guys survive a week on a holiday without eating bad?

I'm sure they will have some soups and salads so maybe you can just stick to that during your stay.
