Severe Needle Phobia treatment

I have been severely needle phobic since about 5 yrs old , even legged it out of school at bcg time & ran home
I even went to bosnia driving humatarian aid trucks for UNHCR in 94 & 95 during the war , signed the forms if I got shot or stood on a landmine UNHCR were not responsible , then they said words that turned me white & cold " I take it everyones has had their jabs ( about 12) I just said I had and went into warzone with no protection for rabies,tetnaus,thypoid , hepatitus etc
I have had bad health bad health problems but could never give bloods , was in hospital to varicose veins removed in my bed and nurse came to try for bloods before operation ,saw needle and just got dressed and left
I have tried BCT before but it never worked , trying new course of BCT starting monday but dont hold up much hope has anyone else had this dee fear and how did you overcome ? I wish there was a wee pill to take and knocks you out and wake up when its done
I even blew myself up in a petrol explosion , rushed 999 to burns unit was in agony but refused intravenous painkillers & the nurse in burns had to cut all the burnt stuff off including my face and the nurse said that couldnt believe i was just lying there not say a word whilst other patients who had morphine etc were screaming the place down
If anyone has any advice or help please let me know , even big doze of diazapan didnt help
