Shouder injury
Hey i recently got body checked in hockey and hurt my shoulder. this has happened before so im pretty sure its my rotator cuff since it only hurts to raise it above my head or bend it 90 degrees and twist it. i cannot afford physio cause im in school so just wondering some things i can do to treat it. also anything i can do to keep active cause i dont want to lose all my progress.

You need to see an Orthopaedist, hoping you get well soon.wompson8 wrote:Hey i recently got body checked in hockey and hurt my shoulder. this has happened before so im pretty sure its my rotator cuff since it only hurts to raise it above my head or bend it 90 degrees and twist it. i cannot afford physio cause im in school so just wondering some things i can do to treat it. also anything i can do to keep active cause i dont want to lose all my progress.

I had the same problem with my shoulder. I kept waking up with pain after an injury; just going to do my day to day work was painful. I had to have an arthroscopy surgery recently with Dr. Zanasi, I was really happy with the treatment. The recovery was really fast and now I can go back to my normal activities, as there’s no downtime with this kind of treatment. I highly recommend him, this is his website
