Lump on Penis Shaft

Hi, I have been worried all afternoon. I have found a small B.B. sized lump on my penis shaft a 1/3 inch under the head. It doesn’t seem to move but it’s hard and I can sort of click it if I put any pressure on it. Also the lump is on the muscle/tissue not the skin.

Should I be worried or am I stressing over nothing. I’m worried it could be penile cancer.

It goes without saying that this is serious problem and a hard to discus problem as well so that's why you here. First of all, try real doctor, it's always better, and cmon, he is a doctor, he saw thing you would imagine and he if forced by law to keep it in secret and help you as much as he can. Don't be ashamed to visit clinic if you has health problems.
