Incontinence in young men

Hi, I’m a 20 yr old man and I’ve been dealing with incontinence. It is extremely embarrassing and concerning since I am only 20. I have very sudden urges to urinate very often (sometimes 2 or 3 times an hour) where I am fine one minute and the next I need to run and pee. I rarely make it to the restroom without a wet spot on my underwear. This makes my daily activities like going to class or commuting very stressful. I am in relatively good health and I am an active person. I’m concerned that this could be a prostate issue, any input would be helpful I would rather not go to the doctor for this. thanks!!!
