Dizzy No More

I was diagnosed with meniere's disease several years ago and it has been a struggle until recently. I was put on Gemfibrozil due high cholesterol and my ear has cleared, hearing mostly restored and dizziness vanished. I assume my meneire's is caused by poor circulation to the ear drum area and the medicine improved the blood flow. Hope this is helpful to anyone living with this disease.

It mentioned to some methods to treat dizziness but i dont know whether it is effective of not?
