I am suffering from chronic eczema on my ring finger at the moment. Does anyone have a remedy for getting the swelling down? I am wanting to take of my rings to let my finger heal without anything in the way but at the moment I cant get them past my knuckle.

My son has some thing similar on this fingers ESP the thumbs. I use betnovate and then exfoliate them in between I use manuka honey with a high ugm and a pair of cotton gloves at night. We have had great results and he has gained better movement in them
