FOOD TIPS :-
Dairy free butter
I was advised to use PURE by our dietician as a dairy free butter. I have found in the last couple of weeks that VITALITE is now being marketed as dairy free, there being a red flash on the packaging.
This might seem daft but my husband saw PURE as specialist food so would not eat it. Vitalite being a household name he has no problem with. This means I now only need to buy 1 butter, might sound small but it easier to only buy one, and as long as the filling is ok it makes it much safer at meal times. With a one and three year old it certainly makes meals easier.

Soya Milk
I have spotted Soya Milk in our nearest Tesco - One Stop store. Living in a tiny village to be able to get such a basic item for us from the next village without the long drive to the nearest supermarket it great. We must support this and buy locally to keep it on the shelves.

Soya Cheese
I have found Soya Cheese in Morrisons Supermarket, I have not found it in any other supermarket, only health food shops. Again this makes busy life styles much easier.

Re: FOOD TIPS :-
I had not heard that about vitalite, very interesting.
Re: FOOD TIPS :-
I think that most of the supermarkets are doing dairy and wheat free products now .... but it's interesting that even some of the smaller stores are stocking these items. I tend to buy the ranges that actually say 'free from' but they can be expensive. It's good to know that regular brands such as Pure and Vitalite are available - I didn't know this and I'll certainly take a look next time I go shopping. Thanks for the tips!

Thanks for the info on Vitalite. I've just started buying it and using it for my allergy and it's a great find
