Travelling with Allergies
Hey there!
I'm a college student from Australia!
I'm doing a project on food allergies and want to hear about your experiences!
The main objective is to find out how many people are concerned about the risks of travelling overseas with their allergies.
Do you some of you feel discouraged due to the fear of having an allergy reaction or going into anaphylactic shock overseas? What are some methods you guys use to communicate your allergies to service workers of restaurants?
Would really want to hear about it!
I have a survey here if any of you are interested in participating in my research! It'll only take about 5 minutes to complete! Thank you so much!

Pack safe snacks or meals to have during your flight and in the airport. Avoid eating foods with no ingredient labels during travel and ask at airport restaurants about the ingredients before you order.
