Colonoscopy question

I had a colonoscopy 2 days ago and my bum is super sore, feels red raw. Is this to be expected?

We are unable to give any specific advice unfortunately but would urge you to either go back to the GP if this soreness continues or else refer to the advice sheet that you should have been given by the hospital. (Usually there is a contact number on this where you can get in touch with someone for advice if concerned).
