Sudden onset of allergies

Hi,

Over the last 2 years, I have discovered a vast array of allergies, which have been tested by an NHS allergy specialist. It has been confirmed that I have a wheat, soya, nut, birch and sesame allergy (as well as some fruit/veg).

I've had eczema since I was a baby and so I get that some of the allergies are a contributing factor to the condition, but I'm struggling to believe that this is it, and these foods just have to be ruled out of my diet. Is it possible that there is an underlying issue which has caused this long (and ever increasing) list of allergic reactions?

this is an unusual situation but unfortuantely a cure for allergies remains elusive. That said, allergies can go away on their own and it is worth getting follow up testing to see if things have changed. Allergies to wheat and soy are typically outgrown.
