with regard to the abdominal ache and testicular tenderness - you might well have an infection and it sounds like you may need some treatment. I would want to test your urine, consider a chlamydia test if that was needed, probably some antibiotics and possibly an ultrasound of your testicle might be needed.
Your foreskin may have a fungal infection - this can be treated with a cream.
You need to register with a GP practice and get seen - sooner rather than later I would think!
