Hi, don't suffer in silence. There are some things that can be tried. Ask your doctor about light therapy, cryotherapy, skinoren, aldara, laser, shave excision. If it is really bad ask to se a dermatologist. I hope this helps, Dr Webberley

sebaceous hyperplasia can be difficult to treat. In our experience the best approach is probably elctrocautery which converts them into small scars. I would suggest to come and see a dermatologist.
