New exzema sufferer
Hi everyone, and a happy new year to you all.
I have recently started getting exzema in the last 2 years, I get it on my monkey bone, arms, neck, more recently on my eyelids but mainly on my right shin, which is very very itchy and sore. I can get out the shower and it feels slimy at sore then dry out and gets itchy again, I've tried numerous creams nothing works, euvomate calms it down but never goes, a few days after stopping it starts again. I'm wondering would you say its infected or just a bad case. And has anyone had something that works great.
Thank you everyone.

Hi Mattbrfc
Thank you for your post. Sorry to hear you are suffering a little bit at the moment with your eczema. We would always recommend that you get any change to your skin checked by your GP just in case there is some sort of infection.
We do have a free support programme mydryskin, http://www.talkhealthpartnership.com/psp/mydryskin.php, which you may find useful.
Please let us know how you get on.
Kind regards

Thank you very much, will check that out.
I struggle to get an appointment with my doctor due to work and my GPs working hours.
Thank you again.

Attempt to recognize and keep away from things that exacerbate your skin inflammation, similar to cleansers, cleansers, textures, pets, dust vermin, shape, dust, and dry environment.
