Do I have Rosacea? I am so fed up

I've noticed an increased redness in my skin for the past two years (I'm 21) but it would come and go and I didn't think much of it, I assumed it was just when I'd had a lot of alcohol that caused it. However, this week the redness has lasted a long time and has really gotten me down, I just had a cry over it because I'm not somebody who really gets spots (until now, brilliant) and everybody always tells me how good my skin is but I cover it with foundation and they don't see the redness of course.

I will go to the doctor but a I am at university I'm not currently registered at the doctors here and I've just registered at a new one at home so its a bit of a pain to change if they were to laugh at my face ad tell me othing was wrong - but I'm so upset about it there must be something wrong?
