Giving Blood - will this reduce redness/heat?
Hi,
I often get hot/red faced very easily.
I have been diagnosed with high haemoglobin.
I'm not sure if this has any effect or is even related, but I am thinking of giving blood. If I give blood, would this reduce general heat/redness?
Sorry if this is a strange question!
Thanks

Dear Philip-p,
The answer is no. Giving blood won't reduce rosacea, because it's an inflammatory, some doctors say it's also an autoimmune, disease and, as long as I know, there's no cure.
