Rosacea Burning

Has anybody suffered with burning with their Rosacea. Last week i woke up with dry skin all over my rosacea, Most of it has started coming off but some remains, Whilst cleaning my face some skin did tear off leading to small cuts but i'm not sure if the pain in my face is from the cuts, or Rosacea burning, Has anyone experienced Rosacea burning?

My husband has been struggling with burning rosacea for quite sometime and rosacea serum of dermalmd is the only product that has worked. Totally soothed his skin and reduced the redness by at least 50-60%.
